Dylan Hyde

Dylan Hyde is an Investment Broker working with Marcus & Millichap out of the Chicago Downtown office and is a specialist in the
acquisition, disposition, and 1031 exchange of single and multi-tenant industrial assets in the Northern Chicagoland Market. As an
associate working within the Doughty Industrial Group, he demonstrates an ability to help create and preserve investor wealth by being
100% committed to the client and their specific goals. On a daily basis, Dylan pushes himself to understand all movement and transactions
occurring in the marketplace while using that knowledge to work with clients on an advisory basis to find solutions to their real estate
needs. He strives to help break the barrier between stability and growth for the future. Dylan’s passion to succeed and drive to maximize
returns in Industrial Investment Properties is unmatched and allows him to push forward in any situation.

Dylan attended the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign and graduated with his Bachelors Degree in Advertising with a Minor in
Cognitive Psychology and a Sales Certificate. Dylan competed on the Illinois Club Baseball team where he served as President and
helped the school secure its first D1 Club Baseball National Championship in 2019. In his free time, he enjoys a passion for staying active,
watching sports, eating good food, traveling and seeing the world.
