Dyan specializes in Multifamily investment properties, exclusively representing sellers and buyers in commercial real estate transactions in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, with 25 years of experience in financial investment, Dyan was a former Chief Investment Officer, managing a Real Estate Developer’s family trust and the foundation investment. She was a Financial Advisor at a Registered Investment Advisory firm and an Investment Consultant at a Wall Street firm advising High Net Worth clients on their financial needs, including asset allocations, retirement and legacy planning. She developed solid investment analysis and execution skills. She is committed to bringing discipline, resilience and competitive edge to every client engagement.

Been living in the San Francisco Bay Area for about 28 years. Born and raised in China, as a first-generation immigrant, Dyan has built a small real estate rental investment, which helps her to think from an owner and an investor’ perspective. When not working, Dyan and her husband enjoy traveling and hiking.
