Duane C. Anderson

Duane Anderson is a Senior Investment Associate and a Member of Marcus & Millichap’s National Multi Housing Group. Based out of the Orlando office, Mr. Anderson is focused on the Central Florida market covering the Greater Orlando area, Volusia and Brevard counties, and North Florida including the Panhandle market and surrounding areas. He has an extensive background in real estate and brings his knowledge of the Orlando area, where he has been a resident since 2004. Duane is a graduate of the University of Florida and holds multiple licenses.

Duane is a 2020 Q2 CoStar Power Broker award winner and a 2020 Connect CRE Annual Top Broker Award winner. He also has received a 2020 Central Florida Commericial Association of Realtors- Circle of Acheivement Award.
