Drew Babcock is first vice president investments and director in Marcus & Millichap’s National Multi Housing Group. With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Drew specializes in multifamily acquisitions and dispositions throughout South Carolina, bringing deep market knowledge and expertise across the multifamily risk spectrum. Based in the firm’s Columbia office, his extensive experience allows him to guide clients through complex transactions while delivering tailored investment solutions.



Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2009, Drew has closed more than $900 million in multifamily transactions. His success and leadership have earned him multiple promotions, along with accolades such as the National Achievement Award and the firm’s prestigious SIA Induction in 2017. Drew’s comprehensive experience also spans retail, office and industrial property transactions, providing clients with well-rounded investment insights.
