Based in the firm’s Phoenix office, Doug Fielding Jr. exclusively represents investors and owner users in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties and multifamily communities. He brings more than 25 years of experience connected to the daily operations of income producing real estate, giving him a practical understanding of how properties perform beyond the spreadsheet.

His work centers on building long term relationships and helping clients maximize value through thoughtful strategy and creative problem solving. He is known for guiding clients through complex situations, identifying overlooked opportunities, and supporting informed decision making with real time market information. His approach is straightforward, collaborative, and focused on results.

Doug earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Arizona State University. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and is an avid outdoorsman and nature enthusiast. He is also a founding member of Bright Island Outreach, a nonprofit organization that provides free medical and dental services to underserved communities abroad. He speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
