Doug Mandel

Douglas K. Mandel is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap's Fort Lauderdale office, specializing in office, industrial and retail investment sales. Mandel serves as Executive Managing Director Investments, leading a multidisciplinary, mid-market commercial real estate team advising private and institutional investors on commercial property acquisitions and dispositions throughout Florida, with a core focus on Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Tampa and Orlando.

With 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Mandel has completed approximately 450 transactions in excess of $4 billion in sales volume. Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2004, he has developed extensive experience representing investors and property owners across multiple asset classes. A founding member of the firm's Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) platform, he has helped connect private and institutional investment opportunities while supporting the firm's broader capital markets capabilities.

Mandel has received five NAIOP South Florida Broker of the Year Awards in 2025, 2021, 2019, 2018 and 2015, as well as NAIOP’s Office Sale of the Year Award in 2018. He was also named the South Florida Business Journal's Deal Maker of the Year in 2016 and was a finalist in 2025.
