Douglas DeVerges

Doug deVerges is an associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Cleveland office, specializing in industrial properties throughout Northeast Ohio. With a decade of real estate experience, he provides expert guidance to clients, ensuring seamless communication throughout the acquisition and disposition process to achieve their investment goals.

DeVerges began his career as a commercial real estate appraiser in New Orleans, where he developed a strong foundation in property valuation and market analysis. He later transitioned to project management for an affordable housing developer in New York City, where he gained valuable expertise in overseeing complex real estate projects. Armed with a master’s degree in real estate finance and investments from New York University, he brings a well-rounded perspective and deep financial acumen to his work at Marcus & Millichap.

Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, DeVerges earned his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University. In his free time, he volunteers as a cook with The Village Project and enjoys golf, fishing, cooking, and following LSU and New Orleans sports teams.
