Taylor McMinn is a nationally recognized, industry leading investment sales team that specializes in the disposition of net-lease and shopping center properties across the United States. Don McMinn specializes in net-leased retail dispositions on a nationwide basis. Recently the team has sold over 350 deals in 35 states worth over $1 Billion and is proud to work with some of the top real estate firms in the nation. As a result of its experience and track record Taylor-McMinn has established a brand committed to providing the highest level of personalized service to our clients while embracing a philosophy of transparency and integrity. The Taylor-McMinn Team primarily represents preferred developers of national retail chains along with numerous corporate, institutional and private clients, private equity groups, national tenants, franchisees, and build-to-suit specialists.
Mr. McMinn attended the University of Georgia where he earned a BA in Economics with a minor in History.
