Dimitri Rodriguez

Dimitri Rodriguez was born and raised in Canada but has travelled the world extensively, which provided him with an appreciation for building architecture. At a young age he witnessed his family’s involvement as investors and developers of multi-residential and commercial properties in Canada, the USA and Greece. Eventually, he showed interest, was quick to learn the business and took on the role of Leasing and Property Manager for about a decade.

Since then, Dimitri has been involved in Multi-Residential and Medical/Dental Office real estate as Investor, Property Manager, Builder, Construction Manager, Project Manager and Consultant.

In October 2023, Mr. Rodriguez joined Marcus & Millichap as a Commercial Real Estate Associate and Sales Representative with a specialized focus on Industrial Properties across South Central Ontario. He offers advisory services, assists clients with Investment Sales, Leasing, Seller/Buyer Representation and facilitates financing.

Mr. Rodriguez brings a wealth of experience from his background as a Project Coordinator and Manager in ICI construction, as well, an Instructor of Construction Project Management at George Brown College.
