Dillon Majeski

Dillon Majeski is an Investment Sales Associate in the Fort Lauderdale Office of Marcus & Millichap. He specializes in the sale of multi-family investment properties throughout Broward and Miami-Dade County as well as the West Coast of South Florida. His ability to connect with clients through prior experience in marketing and sales is demonstrated to his client’s which is crucial in developing a keen, sincere approach to building lasting relationships.

Mr. Majeski joined the firm in 2021 and became a member of the Cunningham Group. His group’s primary focus is the South Florida market with an objective of specialization in multi-family assets, where they have closed more than 380 transactions, resulting in over $970 million in sales. Due to his acute work-ethic and consistent production, within the first 12 months of being with the firm he was awarded the coveted Pace Setter award.

Mr. Majeski has gained considerable experience in the sales field by means of the Auction Marketplace and Business to Consumer E-commerce, having been involved in various start-ups ranging from online apparel to commodities. Solution driven and enterprising, Dillon seeks to add value for his clients through vast market knowledge, expertise, and maintaining relationships with a network of buyers, sellers and industry professionals to ensure clients are maximizing the value of their multifamily investments.
