Delaney Whitaker

Delaney Whitaker is apart of the Heitzeberg Group at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in the sale of affordable housing properties throughout the Western United States. The Heitzeberg Groupt has closed more than 330 transactions totaling over $1.5 billion in sales.

Delaney's focus on affordable housing has given her extensive experience with HAP Project-Based Section 8, Section 202, USDA Rural Development, LIHTC, and a variety of locally restricted programs.

Outside of real estate, Delaney is passionate about community involvement. She has coached youth swimmers with DART Swim Club in Davis, led soccer camps across California and Arizona, and volunteered with the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee.

Currently, Delaney is a volunteer with Girls in Gis, an organization dedicated to empowering women and girls in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through nationwide seminars and community-building events. She also volunteers with Canine Companions for Independence (CCI), the leader in the service dog industry, where she assists with outreach and is training to become a puppy raiser for future service dogs.
