Debra Franklin

Debra L. Franklin has recently joined the Marcus & Millichap team and is focused on the sale of single-tenant, net-leased properties throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Ms. Franklin was a Senior Real Estate Manager with Burger King Corporation from 1994 through 2011, responsible for maintaining and maximizing the value of real estate portfolios valued at more than $400 million in the southeast area which included multi-store acquisitions, refranchisings, dispositions, relocation, redevelopment, lease negotiations, and successor implementation
across the state of Florida, as well as, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina and Georgia.

Debra has established meaningful and trust worthy relationships during her extensive career in commercial real estate. Her consistent compassion for the industry and desire to see property owners achieve their real estate investment goals is unsurpassed.
