Dean Sandquist

Originally a native of Chicago moved to Arizona and completed an AA degree at Mesa Community College. From there to the University of Stockholm, Sweden and finishing at Arizona State University with Real Estate and Finance. Then sold residential and commerical land in the town of Prescott Valley, Arizona. Salt Lake City was the next stop to broker recreational property at Bear Lake, Utah.

Began in the the San Francisco office of Marcus and Millichap Labor Day of 1981. Originally specialized in Multi-Family in the North Bay then expanded to IOW, Retail, MHP and Office. Have enjoyed success I working on add value projects, property management and developed gas stations. Became a Senior Investment Associate in 1992 and NAA in 1999. Currently enjoying the fruits of being a broker at Marcus & Millichap.

Daughter Kjerstin, her husband Mike and granddaughter Lisette & Son Erik. Enjoy traveling, golf, pickle ball, mountian biking, yoga, sailing…..
