Dean Giacobbe

Dean Giacobbe is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap’s Orlando office, specializing in multi-tenant retail investment sales. He focuses on retail properties throughout North Florida, bringing a high level of preparation and market knowledge to every client relationship.

Giacobbe prioritizes earning property owners’ trust by developing a clear understanding of their property, market and investment goals before providing guidance. He uses that insight to help owners make informed commercial real estate decisions.

A native of Alpharetta, Georgia, Giacobbe attended Rollins College, where he was captain of the lacrosse team and studied business management before earning his MBA. Outside of commercial real estate, he enjoys pickleball, fitness, cooking, travel, and reading.
