David Wolfe is a multifamily specialist in the firm's Oakland office. As a Vice President of Investments, he exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the East Bay area. David has 25 years experience in the real estate industry and has closed over 230 real estate transactions valued at over $422 million, including apartment, retail, office, triple-net, land and mixed-use property sales. David has achieved numerous awards and distinctions, including 10 Outstanding Performance Sales Awards and five National Achievement Awards. David Wolfe is a Senior Director of the National Multi Housing Group and serves on the advisory board of the East Bay Rental Housing Association. He graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences from Cal State University in Hayward and also holds a real estate license in California.
