David Schatz joined the Agnew | Serling group at Marcus & Millichap in 2018 as a full-time investment sales associate; specializing in industrial and office sales. After graduating from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, David worked in the finance field as an analyst at Merrill Lynch in Beverly Hills.

His background in finance and economics allow him to excel as a commercial real estate advisor in the Los Angeles market where he grew up. David’s understanding of clients’ goals and objectives enable him to build lasting relationships and achieve highest results.
