David J. Bomgaars

David Bomgaars joined Marcus & Millichap in 2024, beginning his career as an intern before transitioning into a full-time brokerage role. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily investment properties throughout Northern Colorado. A Colorado native, David brings firsthand knowledge of the region’s growth patterns, local market dynamics, and community trends, allowing him to better guide clients in making informed investment decisions. He graduated from Northwestern College with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics, where he was also a member of the school’s tennis team.

Focused on building long-term client relationships, David is committed to delivering value through market insight, consistent communication, and a strong work ethic. In 2025, he earned the firm’s Pace Setter Award, a distinction reserved for agents who demonstrate exceptional activity and results within their first four months.
