David Houston co-founded Doherty Houston Industrial Group within Marcus & Millichap with Patrick Doherty in 2018. He has been directly involved in 141 investment sales transactions in 30 states while with Marcus & Millichap, as well as various redevelopment projects in the Austin area.
He represents individuals, partnerships, REITs, syndicators and developers in acquisitions, dispositions and 1031 Exchange transactions. He values his client relationships built on a foundation of integrity, transparency and mutual trust. His services include property valuations, lease/lease renewal advisory, dispositions, and acquisitions nationwide.
David graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Arts in finance with a real estate emphasis.
