David Berookhim

David Berookhim joined Marcus & Millichap in 2016 with a focus on net leased and retail assets. He is dedicated to maximizing value and increasing returns for his clients via his comprehensive market knowledge and transaction expertise. David proactively advises clients on real estate market changes, as well as tenant news - making sure his clients are always up to date with how their assets are performing.

Mr. Berookhim spearheads net lease acquisition and disposition programs for local and national franchisees, individual investors, REITS, as well as private investment firms throughout the United States. He has represented clients with both portfolio and individual asset listings and sales ranging in size from $1 million to $83 million.
