Dante Giacomini

Since starting in the business, Dante has facilitated over $500 million of Multifamily transactions. He works tirelessly to drive successful outcomes for his clients, constructing commercial real estate investment strategies that align with their goals.

Dante offers over ten years of commercial real estate experience, supported by a background in construction and property management from his family’s real estate company. He began his brokerage career in 2014 as an intern at Meridian Commercial, a leading firm in Marin County, later serving as a market analyst at NAI NorCal. After earning his license, he received NAI’s Rookie of the Year award in 2018 and was promoted to Senior Advisor.

Dante was recruited to Transwestern, where he quickly rose to Vice President and was a top-producing agent for four years. In 2022, he departed to build Capstone, a prominent Bay Area property management company. He later joined Pacific West Advisory Group in 2024, serving as a Director on the firm’s Capital Investments Team through 2025.

Dante joined Marcus & Millichap in early 2026 as a Senior Director of Investments and is a partner in BCG Multifamily within the firm. BCG Multifamily focuses on well-located Bay Area assets, with Dante specializing in the East Bay, where he also owns and operates apartment buildings.
