Daniel DeHart

Daniel DeHart is a Land Specialist with Marcus & Millichap in the Houston office and he is a member of the National Land & Redevelopment Group. Daniel has eight years of real estate experience with four years exclusively focusing on land transactions in the greater Houston area. He loves to put himself in his client's shoes by understanding their real estate goals and utilizing his experience to help his clients achieve them. Daniel accomplishes transactions by leveraging his market knowledge, transaction knowledge, and his relationships to get each deal across the goal line.

Daniel has an undergraduate degree from A&M - Commerce, as well as a master's degree in Business Administration. He has a beautiful wife named Hannah, and an Australian Cattle Dog named Noey. Daniel enjoys hiking trips and outdoor activities with his family, and he recently summited Mt. Evans, the 14th tallest 14er in Colorado at 14,264 feet.
