Daniel Bowar

Daniel Bowar focuses on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties throughout Wisconsin. Mr. Bowar approaches his relationships with clients in an advisory capacity, helping them understand market conditions; finding creative solutions to complex obstacles; and making sound business decisions. A Wisconsin native, Dan's clients benefit from his thorough understanding of the marketplace, maximizing exposure for sellers and buyers alike. His daily mission is to ensure his clients receive the highest net proceeds from their investments, while compressing the list-to-close timeframe.

Dan graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee in 2014 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. His focus was Finance, Marketing, and Economics.
