Daniel Aviles

Daniel Aviles is a multifamily specialist in the Saddle Brook, New Jersey office. As member of Marcus & Millichap's Multi Housing Division, Daniel and his team represent buyers and sellers of multifamily and mixed-use properties in Northern New Jersey.

Daniel joined the firm in 2016 after spending two years at a local commercial brokerage firm. Since then, Daniel has been a top multifamily agent and three times received the Sales Recognition Award for his performances in 2017, 2020, and 2021. Utilizing Marcus & Millichap’s national platform, he has successfully aided clients in selling their assets, identifying a new property to defer taxes, and increase their cash flow and/or reduce management requirements.
