Dan Gorczycki is a seasoned real estate capital markets professional with over 35 years of experience combining extensive transaction history and high-level client relationships with new business origination, underwriting and credit skills. His areas of expertise include debt & subordinate capital placement for acquisitions and refinancings, joint venture equity raises, note sales, workouts & restructurings, and general advisory assignments. Dan previously managed originations teams for various brokerage firms including True Rate Services, Avison Young and Savills.

Dan earned a master’s degree in business administration from New York University and a bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University.
