Curtis Edgar

Curtis Edgar is an experienced real estate professional focused on leading project strategy and providing investment solutions for property owners and users. He helps clients navigate issues of any complexity by performing a strategic and detailed analysis of their asset. His underwriting approach, combined with innovative thinking, leads to desired outcomes for clients across their asset’s value chain.

Curtis previously served with JLL as a business development professional, partnering with leasing and investment sale brokers, property managers, development advisors, and other real estate specialists to curate effective strategies for clients. Over the course of three years, he worked on a variety of product types, including industrial, office, retail and special purpose to help procure leasehold, fee simple, and national portfolio opportunities.

Prior to JLL, Curtis was a business development and marketing lead with Cushman & Wakefield’s Sunbelt Office & Industrial group. While there, he contributed to investment sales strategy, project management for acquisition and disposition assignments, property & capital markets research, and vendor management. During Curtis’ five-year tenure with CW, his team was responsible for closing on over $6 billion in office and industrial transactions.

Curtis is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, CCIM Georgia Chapter, and the Association of Supply Chain Management. He is currently pursuing the CCIM designation.
