Craig A. Feldschneider

Craig earned a BS in Finance from Texas A&M University in 2006, working his way through school as a superintendent, overseeing the construction of duplexes and multifamily units in the College Station Area. Upon graduation Craig continued his construction management career until 2009 when he answered the country’s call to arms and enlisted in the United States Army Infantry, where he served as a Scout Sniper with the prestigious 101st Airborne Division, deploying to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Craig was twice decorated in combat, earning two Army Commendation Medals for actions on the battlefield, The Combat Infantryman Badge, Expert Infantryman Badge, Afghan, Nato, and Overseas campaign badges. He is also a graduate of The US Army Sniper School, Special Operations Target Interdiction Course (Top Team) and the Warrior Leadership Course.

Upon retiring from active service in 2016, Craig entered the construction arena as a single-family Project Manager, working for K Hovnanian Homes in the DFW suburbs. He later transitioned into Multifamily renovations, as President of BEKK Construction Services LLC, where he managed their multifamily renovation and value-add programs across their portfolio of assets in Texas, Oklahoma, and Ohio. Craig joined Marcus & Millichap and The Silva Braly Multifamily team in 2025, seeking to help Multifamily investors to navigate the acquisition process, and lend them his experience in the space as a resource to rely upon.

Craig has been married to his wife Naz for 14 years, with whom he shares 3 sons. He enjoys woodworking, gardening, hunting and fishing, and is an avid fan of all the DFW sports franchises, as well as his beloved Aggies.
