Connor Gordon

Connor Gordon is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office. Specializing in multifamily investment sales, he advises private investors and property owners on the acquisition and disposition of apartment assets throughout the Tampa Bay area, with a primary focus on Hillsborough and Polk counties. He is a member of the firm’s RPH Multifamily Group, a team with more than 50 years of combined experience that has sold 296 properties totaling more than $1 billion, with an average list-to-close ratio of 98 percent.

Within the RPH Multifamily Group, Connor leverages a disciplined underwriting approach and the team’s established market presence to help clients navigate transactions and identify opportunities. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he gained leasing experience across industrial, retail and office properties, developing a strong understanding of deal structuring, negotiation and execution. This experience ultimately led him to pursue a career in multifamily investment sales.

Connor takes a relationship-focused approach to commercial real estate, emphasizing clear communication, market insight and long-term client relationships. He works closely with investors to identify opportunities and develop strategies that support asset performance and value creation. across the Tampa Bay market.

Connor earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration, marketing with a minor in real estate from the University of Florida, where he was an active member of the UF Real Estate Society. Originally from Gainesville, Florida, he enjoys golfing, staying active, traveling and spending time on the water.
