Connor Curtin

Connor Curtin is a commercial real estate investment sales professional with Marcus & Millichap’s New York City office, specializing in commercial real estate auctions and accelerated asset dispositions. He works with property owners, investors, and institutional clients to develop and execute strategic disposition strategies across a broad range of commercial real estate asset classes.

With experience across more than 100 real estate transactions, Curtin brings a relationship-driven, results-oriented approach to investment sales. He leverages an extensive investor network, targeted marketing initiatives, and strategic deal positioning to generate competitive buyer interest, maximize market exposure, and drive successful transaction outcomes. His approach combines a deep understanding of the auction process with proactive buyer outreach and tailored execution strategies designed to meet each client’s objectives.

Curtin earned a master’s degree in real estate development from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate in spring 2026. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Fordham University, where he majored in urban studies and business administration. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Curtin is a two-time New York City Marathon finisher who has raised more than $20,000 for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation in support of Gold Star families and veterans.
