Coleman Solomon

Coleman specializes in the sale of shopping centers across the Austin MSA. Leading a team of agents in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office, he focuses on creating lasting relationships and is committed to delivering high-quality service for his clients. He has earned multiple sales recognition awards and is a top performing multi-tenant retail broker in Central Texas.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Coleman worked as a financial analyst for a principal as an acquisition specialist where he developed the ability to underwrite retail assets. He uses his extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate space to accomplish his clients’ objectives and stay on top of the ever-changing market trends.

Coleman graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Miami University of Ohio along with a minor in Business. He is originally from Charleston, South Carolina, where he was a personal trainer and worked in the culinary industry for several years. All of this drove Coleman’s competitive nature and brought him into the commercial real estate world. Outside of brokerage, you can find him on the golf course.
