Cohen Brown

Cohen Brown is a member of the Pappas Cardone Net Lease Group and an Investment Associate within Marcus & Millichap’s top-producing Manhattan office in New York City. He specializes in representing sellers of net-leased properties, as well as assisting 1031 exchange buyers across the United States. Cohen works across a wide range of net-leased asset types, including dollar stores, drugstores, quick-service restaurants, gas stations, convenience stores, among others.

Cohen combines deep market knowledge with proprietary research and data-tracking systems to provide clients with the most accurate, real-time insights- empowering them to make well-informed, strategic investment decisions.

Cohen is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s prestigious Terry College of Business with a BBA in Real Estate and was a Division I athlete on the University of Georgia Cheerleading Team. Cohen is a licensed real estate agent in the State of New York. In his free time, Cohen enjoys playing tennis, fitness, exploring new restaurants around the city, and spending time with friends and family.
