Clayton Hill

Clayton Hill is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office, specializing in hospitality investment sales. He advises hotel owners, private investors and operators on acquisitions and dispositions throughout the Pacific Northwest. With a focus on hospitality assets, Clayton helps clients navigate complex transactions through strategic problem-solving and data-driven analysis.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2020, Clayton has completed 16 transactions totaling more than $200 million in sales volume. His experience includes advising clients on hotel investment opportunities, valuation strategies and market positioning across a range of hospitality property types. By combining market intelligence with detailed financial analysis, he helps clients make informed decisions and achieve their investment objectives.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Clayton held operations management roles at the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor and the Renaissance Seattle. That firsthand hospitality experience provides valuable operational insight into hotel performance, allowing him to better advise owners and investors on asset positioning, valuation and investment strategy. He earned a degree in economics from Miami University.
