Clayton M. Hill

Clayton Hill is a Hospitality specialist in the firm's Seattle office. As a hospitality agent, Mr. Hill exclusively represents buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of Hotels & Resorts throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Clayton joined Marcus & Millichap in the fall of 2020. Prior to Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Hill worked in management roles at the Renaissance Hotel Seattle and at the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor.

Mr. Hill is a significant member of one of the top Hospitality Groups in the Nation, the Allred Hotel Group. Mentored by some of the top investment brokers at Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Hill and his team provide collaborative, unquantifiable advisory services to aid in expanding investment portfolios and preserving wealth for generations to come.

Mr. Hill received a Bachelors in Economics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and holds a real estate license in Washington.
