Prior to graduating, Mr. Skurka had already established a strong foundation in the real state realm; overseeing apartment buildings, flex/industrial properties, along with various other product types, while providing invaluable assistance to staff members in effectively managing substantial portfolios. During his formative years, Christopher played a pivotal role in co-founding and operating several charitable events, both internationally and locally. Notably, he contributed to the creation and successful execution of initiatives, such as Cleats for Costa Rica, a project aimed at providing assistance to communities in need abroad. Furthermore, he demonstrated exceptional leadership skills by organizing a significant community initiative in Long Island, NY, which positively impacted the lives of thousands of children.

As a member of the Hurd Net Lease Group, Mr. Skurka specializes in the retail sector, with a specific focus on single tenant net-lease properties in the Northeast and Midwest regions.
