Chris joined Marcus and Millichap in 2012 and is a Director of the Healthcare Real Estate Group as well as the National Office and Industrial Properties Group. Examples of projects Chris has worked on are: sale-leasebacks, ambulatory surgery centers, veterinary, dental, dialysis, plasma, single tenant net-lease healthcare, endoscopy, optometry centers, multi-service medical office buildings, general office and industrial properties.
