Christopher Gerena

Christopher Gerena is an investment real estate professional with a background that spans marketing, underwriting, property management, and brokerage—providing him with a well-rounded, owner-oriented perspective on commercial real estate.

Before focusing exclusively on brokerage, Chris gained experience across multiple facets of the industry, including the leasing and management of multifamily and mixed-use properties, transaction coordination, underwriting, and asset performance optimization for a real estate investment group. This combination of hands-on operational experience and analytical training allows him to advise clients not only on acquisitions and dispositions, but also on strategies to enhance property performance and long-term value.

Chris now specializes exclusively in the sale of investment properties throughout Hudson and Bergen Counties. He is known for his disciplined approach, market knowledge, and ability to guide clients through complex transactions with clarity and confidence. To date, Chris has been involved in over $20 million in investment sales volume. While his background includes extensive leasing experience totaling more than 30,000 square feet earlier in his career, his current practice is focused solely on investment sales.

Chris is a lifelong New Jersey resident, a graduate of Montclair State University, and an active member of the New Jersey Army National Guard. Outside of real estate, he enjoys boxing, spending time outdoors, and time with his wife and two daughters.
