Christian Farris

Christian Farris is a commercial real estate professional specializing in the disposition of institutional multifamily assets across Nashville, Knoxville, and Huntsville. With a background rooted in large-scale real estate transactions and strategic partnerships, he brings a data-driven, relationship-focused approach to advising clients. Prior to brokerage, Christian held multiple roles at a publicly traded, billion-dollar proptech platform that uses data-driven pricing to directly acquire and resell real estate assets at scale, where he led high-performing acquisition teams, managed national homebuilder relationships, and contributed to transaction volume in excess of $150 million across multiple regions. His experience spans underwriting, deal structuring, and scaling acquisition platforms for institutional partners, complemented by earlier success in residential brokerage and new development sales. Christian is a graduate of Texas A&M University and holds a Master’s in Land and Property Development, leveraging his diverse experience to deliver strategic insight and execution for investors in the Southeast multifamily market. In his spare time, he enjoys lake days with his canine companion, Strauss, and is a proud patron of the Nashville Symphony.
