Christian Desnoes is an industrial specialist in the firm's Century City office. He specializes in the dynamic Southern California market with a focus on the central counties in Los Angeles. As a Senior Associate and licensed California Salesperson, Christian represents a variety of client types including developers, individuals, partnerships, syndicators, corporations, financial institutions, and domestic and international investors.

Christian graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Urban Development and Business Administration from the University of Arizona. Christian has previously specialized in both commercial property management and commercial appraisal with Harsch Investment Properties in Portland, Oregon, and Terramar Properties in Tucson, Arizona respectively.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap’s Los Angeles office, Christian has quickly asserted himself among the top industrial agents in the firm, having averaged a minimum of $25 million in Industrial Property sales each and every year throughout his tenure with the firm. He is a top-performing agent and currently ranks within the Top 20 Industrial Agents nationally amongst the firm's 2,000+ Agents and 80 offices.
