Chris Talia

Chris Talia is an investment specialist of The Mansour Group of Marcus & Millichap. Chris is responsible for all aspects of the brokerage spectrum including sales, underwriting, lease abstracting, pricing valuations, marketing, due diligence, transaction coordination and more. During his tenure with The Mansour Group, Chris has assisted on thousands of single and multi-tenant commercial investments valued over $5 billion dollars.

Chris graduated with honors from California Western School of Law as one of the top students in his class. He passed the California Bar in 2015 on his first attempt. Chris maintained Dean's List throughout law school and received the Distinguished Advocate award after becoming a finalist of his Appellate Competition. Chris was born and raised in San Diego graduating from Marian Catholic High School and then San Diego State University with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. Chris enjoys spending time with his family and playing most sports including basketball, football, soccer, tennis, volleyball, and even ping pong with numerous championships / tournaments under his belt. Chris is a proud husband to his beautiful wife, Samantha, and father to his daughter, Adeline, and son, Malikai.
