He focuses on fast food, drugstores, gas stations, and car washes, helping clients understand their options and make confident decisions whether they’re selling, buying, or planning a 1031 exchange.
Chris is known for keeping things simple and communicating clearly. He breaks down market trends, lease structures, and investment strategies in a way that’s easy for any owner to understand, regardless of their experience level. His goal is to make the process straightforward and provide value long before a transaction takes place.
Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Chris competed as a collegiate volleyball player at USC, carrying forward the discipline, focus, and work ethic that now guide his brokerage approach.
