Chris Gainey

Chris, a Senior Vice President Investments and Associate Director of the National Retail Group, joined Marcus & Millichap in 2011 as a research analyst before becoming an investment sales advisor in 2012 with the Levy Retail Group. Throughout his career with Marcus & Millichap and the Levy Retail Group, he has facilitated nearly 170 transactions nationwide, totaling more than $350 million in sales volume, primarily consisting of multi-tenant shopping centers and medical properties. Chris seeks to act as a resource for his clients in navigating the ever-changing CRE market, while providing an unmatched results-driven and collaborative platform to help his clients attain their goals.

Chris focuses exclusively on the sale of commercial investment property, with a primary specialization in multi-tenant shopping centers. Having grown up in Arlington, Chris works heavily across the Dallas/Fort Worth area and has also expanded his transactional expertise with multi-tenant properties across Texas as a whole, having completed multiple transactions in various markets across the state.

Chris continues to perform as the top retail agent in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Worth office, as well as one of the top retail agents in Texas overall, and has consistently ranked among the top producing multi-tenant agents nationally within Marcus & Millichap.
