Christopher Fermo is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office, specializing in industrial investment sales. He focuses on industrial properties throughout Northern New Jersey.

Fermo brings extensive market knowledge, strategic negotiation and an investment-focused perspective to his work with clients. He helps property owners and investors evaluate industrial real estate opportunities and develop investment strategies across the Northern New Jersey market.

A graduate of Marist University, Fermo studied business with a concentration in entrepreneurship. As a former Division I student-athlete, he brings the discipline, competitiveness and work ethic developed through collegiate athletics to his career in commercial real estate.
