Chris Collins

Christopher Collins is currently a multifamily specialist within the Minneapolis office along with Evan Miller. Collins is an accomplished real estate investment professional with a thorough understanding of market conditions, capital markets, and economic trends affecting the multifamily market. Collins develops and maintains successful business relationships by fulfilling client needs through extensive research, negotiation, advisory services, and representation in brokerage. His work ethic and drive have bolstered the multifamily team in selling more than 150 properties in the past five years.

Collins graduated from Winona State University with a degree in Finance. Upon graduation, Collins started his career as an investment real estate specialist for Marcus & Millichap in the Minneapolis, MN office under the Sales Internship Program focusing on multifamily properties. Collins earned the Senior Associate title in 2018, Vice President of Investments in 2021, and the Sales Recognition Award in 2019 and 2021.
