Chip Craven

Chip E. Craven is an industrial and medical office investment advisor based in Marcus & Millichap's Nashville office.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Chip was a commercial broker & property manager in the Chicagoland area. He managed 245,000 square feet of retail, office, and medical condominiums. Before that, he worked as a financial analyst in private equity developments in Denver, Colorado, developing over $50 million dollars and 300,000 square feet in warehouses & distribution centers.

A Saint Charles, Illinois native, Chip graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in finance. Outside of helping his clients, he is an advocate for the Special Olympics Organization and enjoys trying new food, traveling, and sports.
