Chase Friedman

Chase Friedman is a commercial real estate investment professional for Marcus & Millichap's top producing retail team in New York City. Chase specializes in the sale of retail assets in Manhattan. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Chase gained experience underwriting and preparing marketing material for New York multifamily and mixed-use assets at a New York City investment sales firm.

As a Manhattan retail specialist, Chase prides himself on being able to build and maintain long-term relationships by working closing with his clients. Chase grew up on Long Island, New York and attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate. Outside the office, Chase is a diehard Rangers fan and enjoys playing hockey, golf and tennis with friends and family.
