Charlie Anderson is an Associate Director of Investments specializing in industrial outdoor storage investment sales. With a deep focus on properties leased to national supply and distribution tenants, Charlie brings a highly analytical and consultative approach to advising clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio strategy.

He has extensive experience working with landlords of tenants such as Core & Main, Ferguson, SRS Distribution, White Cap, Hajoca, and SiteOne, and is well-versed in evaluating lease structures, credit profiles, and market rent dynamics. Charlie’s expertise includes industrial outdoor storage (IOS) assets, value-add strategies, and identifying opportunities to enhance asset performance and maximize investor returns.

Charlie provides clients with thorough, data-driven insights while translating complex real estate concepts into straightforward, actionable guidance. He is actively engaged in sourcing opportunities, building long-term relationships with property owners, and positioning assets to achieve optimal outcomes in the market.
