Casey Hansen

Casey Hansen joined the Hampton Roads office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in August 2024. Mr. Hansen is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office and industrial, retail, senior housing and hospitality. He is well connected with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (E.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and hard money lenders.

Over the past 2 years Mr. Hansen has had held positions in commercial real estate sales, capital markets, and mortgage lending. Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Hansen served as the Director of Capital Markets with Houwzer Inc. overseeing their residential lending department as well as managing their correspondent lending activities. He also founded and managed his own independent mortgage brokerage that was sold in 2019. Early in his career, Mr. Hansen work for Marcus and Millichap as a member of the National Multi Housing Group and was honored as an Emerging Core Agent for the firm.

Mr. Hansen is a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Risk Management and Insurance.
