Carter Blankner

Carter Blankner is an associate investments advisor in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net-lease properties throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Carter assists clients by leveraging his in-depth knowledge of these markets and guiding them through strategic investment decisions in commercial real estate.

He began his career on the development side of the industry with Stonehenge Real Estate Group Consulting in Nashville, Tennessee, before transitioning to brokerage. Carter previously interned with the Diffie Retail Team and returned as a full-time associate, bringing a well-rounded perspective to client needs. His background across both development and brokerage allows him to deliver tailored, insightful solutions for investors.

Carter earned a bachelor’s degree in finance with a concentration in real estate from Auburn University.
