Carter Blankner

Carter Blankner is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin, Texas, office. Specializing in net lease investment properties, he advises private investors, property owners and healthcare operators on acquisitions and dispositions throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. His focus on healthcare-related net lease assets allows him to work closely with physicians, dentists, veterinarians and other medical professionals seeking investment and real estate solutions.

As a member of Marcus & Millichap’s Net Leased Properties Group, Blankner leverages market knowledge gained from living and working across multiple states over the past two decades. His experience includes working for a developer in Nashville and previously interning with Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office, providing him with insight into both the development and investment sales sides of the commercial real estate industry. Blankner first joined the firm full-time in 2025 after previously participating in the 2024 internship program.

Blankner takes a relationship-focused approach to helping clients navigate the net lease market, combining regional expertise with an understanding of the healthcare sector to identify opportunities and support informed decision-making. He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2024 and was recognized as a Pace Setter in 2025.

Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Blankner attended Auburn University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the water, golfing, hunting and following college sports.
