Carson Ford

Carson is an entrepreneurial-minded multifamily specialist based in the Charleston, SC office of Marcus & Millichap. With a focus on representing buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout South Carolina, he specializes in the Greenville area. As a key member of the McDaniel Team, Carson is dedicated to helping clients achieve their investment goals across the Carolinas, collaborating with team members in Charleston, Charlotte, Raleigh, and Greensboro.

The McDaniel Team has successfully closed over $700 million in real estate transactions, primarily concentrating on A/B/C market rate, student housing, and LIHTEC apartments, along with undeveloped land and manufactured housing throughout the Southeast. Carson prioritizes building strong relationships with landlords to develop tailored pricing evaluations and marketing strategies, ensuring clients receive maximum value for their properties.

Carson holds a degree in Finance from the University of South Carolina. He began his commercial real estate career at Wilson Kibler Inc. in Columbia, SC, where he served as a brokerage intern and leasing agent for three apartment communities. This experience paved the way for his current role at Marcus & Millichap.

In his free time, Carson enjoys spending time with friends and playing golf.
