Carson D. Rooney

Carson is a multifamily and mixed-use specialist in the firm's Philadelphia office. As an apartment agent, Carson exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout Central and South New Jersey. Carson built his knowledge of apartment acquisition, operation, and disposition at a mid-sized and specialized firm in Central Jersey, before joining Marcus & Millichap in June of 2023. This experience allows him to successfully advise clients no matter their situation, and guide them in the best direction forward.

Carson graduated from Monmouth University's Kislak Real Estate Institute with a B.S. in Real Estate, where he worked along side industry leaders, developing high-level underwriting and financial modeling skills. He was the winner in his class for the Monmouth Real Estate Development competition, and was chosen to represent Monmouth University in the national Mulroy Development Competition, where he was a semi-finalist.

Outside of advising clients, Carson enjoys watching ice hockey and volunteers his free time by assistant coaching his alma mater, The Haverford School. He is a resident of Haverford, in Delaware County, PA, where he assists in hosting and fundraising for public events, which raise money to be donated to communities in need. Carson also enjoys writing music, cooking, traveling, and spending time outside.
