Carson Rooney

Carson D. Rooney is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, specializing in multifamily investment sales. He advises private investors and property owners on the acquisition and disposition of apartment and mixed-use investment properties throughout Central and South New Jersey.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap in 2023, Carson developed experience in apartment acquisition, operations and disposition at a specialized commercial real estate firm in Central New Jersey. That background allows him to provide informed guidance tailored to each client's investment objectives. He emphasizes clear communication throughout each stage of the transaction process, providing clients with informed guidance and market insight.

Carson earned a Bachelor of Science in real estate from Monmouth University’s Kislak Real Estate Institute, where he developed underwriting and financial modeling skills while working alongside industry professionals. He won the Monmouth Real Estate Development Competition, represented the university as a semifinalist in the national Mulroy Development Competition and received the firm's Charlie Hustle Award in 2024.

Outside of commercial real estate, Carson assists with hosting and fundraising for public events that support communities in need. He also enjoys writing music, cooking, traveling and spending time outdoors.
