Carson Breshears

Carson Breshears is a net-leased investment specialist working out of the firm's Seattle office. He specializes in advising clients through the acquisition and disposition of triple net-leased properties on a national scale. He leverages real time data and research to assist clients in the development and execution of short and long-term strategies. In his time at Marcus & Millichap, he has sold over $115 million in real estate.

Carson Completed his Masters in Business Administration at Gonzaga University where he also played baseball.
