Carson Breshears

Carson Breshears is a net lease investment specialist working out of the firm's Seattle office. He specializes in advising clients on their real estate holdings to best execute the disposition and acquisition of triple net-leased and multi-tenant retail properties nationally. He leverages years of market relationships and the firm’s collaborative reach nationally to execute short and long term investment strategies on behalf of private investors, professional owners, developers and franchisees. In his time at Marcus & Millichap, he has sold over $152,000,000 in real estate. Carson completed his Master's in Business Administration at Gonzaga University where he also played baseball.
