Cameron Strachota is an Associate at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in commercial real estate with a focus on multi-tenant retail properties in Jacksonville, FL. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and a Certificate in Hospitality Management from Florida State University in August 2024.

A Jacksonville native for over 5 years, Cameron brings strong local market knowledge and firsthand experience to every client interaction. He began his real estate career at The Florida Retail Group, a boutique commercial real estate shop based in Neptune Beach, FL, where he supported tenant representation efforts, analyzed markets across Florida, and contributed to retail transactions. He later completed Marcus & Millichap’s rigorous training program, building a solid foundation in investment sales, market analysis, and client service.

Following the program, Cameron joined the Tarek Chbeir Retail Group, a top-producing retail team affiliated with Marcus & Millichap’s Orlando office, to further expand his market reach and access industry-leading resources.
